Is everything on Clayhood really handmade?
Yes. Every product is handcrafted by artisans and craft collectives across India. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture and size between pieces of the same product are normal and expected — it's part of what makes handmade special.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location. You can track your order any time from My Account → Orders.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹999. Orders below that are charged a flat ₹79 shipping fee.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India in addition to online card payments.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return window from the date of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I care for handmade pottery and terracotta?
Hand wash with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking terracotta or unglazed pieces for long periods, and keep decorative ceramics away from direct dishwasher or microwave use unless specified as food-safe.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team, as long as it hasn't been packed for shipping yet.
