Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We ship across India via trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery and India Post.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your pincode.
  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below this amount.
  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email/SMS, and you can also track from My Account → Orders.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, go to My Account → Orders, select the order, and contact our support team with your order number.
  • Because each product is handmade, minor variation in colour, glaze or grain is not considered a defect.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
